Overview

The first full year since launch, 2024 was one of many milestones. We fine-tuned the mission, upgraded our site, increased email newsletter list to 260 subscribers, organized several landmark events (one of which gained media attention!), and supported 19 different organizations with more than $5,200. This report summarizes a few key metrics toward our mission which is to inspire, perform, and support restorative environmental action.

The 2024 Annual Report: Our First Complete Year!

Pillar One: Inspire

We published 11 new articles, grew website traffic to more than 10,000 visits, and increased newsletter subscribers to 260. Charts on the right tell the story of slowing increasing web presence, through measures such as domain rating (DR), URL rating (UR), backlinks, and number of referring domains - all of which play an important role in improving discoverability in web search results and search rankings.

Pillar Two: Perform

As far as concrete environmental action performed, we carried out 26 different litter cleanups, picking up 1,800 lbs. of trash! That’s almost a ton!

Our landmark event was the Levittown Lake cleanup in November, which gathered 15 volunteers, and even gained local media attention, earning our first-ever press coverage! The cherry on that cake was support from and the attendance of one of the three Commissioners of Bucks County Pennsylvania, Mr. Robert Harvie.

Pillar Three: Support

Supporting restorative environmental action can take many forms, but for now, it’s groups and organizations that we promote or fund through grants and donations. In aggregate, during 2024 we contributed $5,200 to 19 such groups dedicated to environmental work. Some of these are listed on our Partners page, so please go check out their amazing work!

Thank you as always for your support! Here’s to a successful 2025!
